How does stop smoking hypnotherapy work?
My stop smoking hypnotherapy course is in two stages:
- Phone call. We talk and I will give you some homework to do. It’s not hard, or complicated, but will make an enormous difference to how quickly you are able to make progress in our face-to-face session.
- Face-to-face session. This is a 2 – 2.5 hour session that is very structured and dynamic. I use all the tools at my command to bring you to the point where you will never want to smoke a cigarette again. We drill right down to your own, individual, personal reasons for wanting to stop smoking – health, signs of ageing, cost, societal or family pressure – and find out what it that you are really worried about, then use this to focus our work. I then use all the tools at my command – from tapping to light therapy to hypnotic trance – to help you literally change the way you behave around smoking and cigarettes.
