Your programme with me will be wholly bespoke to you, and will include nutritional coaching too, so not only will you have the tools to help you make change, but the knowledge to make healthier choices, too.

A little about me

Hi. My name is Lorraine, and wth my skills as a Master Practitioner in NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis, I am able to use techniques that are fast,  powerful and comfortable to help you achieve your potential by removing those hurdles holding you back in life.

I am one of a select few Master NLP Coaches who can carry out the Weight Change Breakthrough in the South Manchester area due to strict licensing around the technique.

I am also a qualified practitioner in:

  • Emotional Freedom Therapy – EFT (also known as Tapping)
  • Matrix Re-Imprinting (a unique technique which is an extension to Tapping)
  • Kinetic Shift

It’s quite usual that by the time people come to see me, they have tried multiple diets, seen the classic yo-yo of weight loss and weight gain, and are feeling desperate. This negative cycle can be very damaging to your mental health and strength. It is my passion to support people in finally making a weight-loss journey that travels in just one direction, to help my clients regain their joy in life, celebrate success and KNOW they have the power to change, and make change stick.

How does it work?

Hypnosis, and the other techniques I use, make it possible for the unconscious mind to take back control of your eating habits. So instead of food controlling your life, control moves back into your own hands.

By making necessary changes to your behaviour at an unconscious level, you will change your weight in a controlled, sensible and safe way.  You will have more energy so you can focus on what YOU want rather than wasting time and energy in other areas which are not effective. You CAN achieve your weight loss once and for all by taking consistent and actionable steps towards your weight loss goal.
